India Vs England Warm Up – Result

Virat Kohli, at the toss, mentioned that Rahul will be opening for India this World Cup and the right-hander showed his KLass at the top. He spared none of the England bowlers and got his team off to a flier with a SR > 200. In Rohit’s absence, Ishan Kishan opened the innings and he wasn’t too far behind Rahul. He got a couple of lives but he kept playing his shot in his 46-ball knock of 70. He voluntarily walked off to give other batters a chance to bat. Kohli failed but Pant came in at four and played a blazing knock which comprised three sixes. SKY and Pandya looked a bit scratchy but they faced only a handful of deliveries. Ashwin and Bumrah were the pick of the bowlers and the team management would be happy with the way the batters fared. For England, each of their six batters got starts. Their bowlers struggled, dew played its part and the sloppy fielding didn’t help their cause
